Today I have to ask a question which arises in my mind after living.
Suppose a person committed a heinous crime like rape or murder in the previous birth, due to which, due to his horoscope, in this birth, it is clear that due to the poor condition of the planets it is found to be guilty of a crime.


Now my question is that many astrologers show such solutions--
Get dressed in flower colors
Donate gifts of black goods
.- Chant the mantra
Fast on this day
Hold a gem
. Give the dog bread
Give the birds, fish
Etcetera ... etcetera
Are these measures successful in such a way? Because as far as my understanding says that we all are the children of that Father. And if he pardons a person who does wrong, then it was not an injustice to a person who was a victim of that sinful act?
Has anybody heard that God says that yes because you have chanted Mantras, so will I forgive your crime?
.... or you have fasted on the day-long, all is well, now everything is fine?
I am very confused.

My question is about a creature who has been victimized by the crime, he can not get justice if the culprit gets a pardon
